Gajer Matar Fry (carrots with green peas)

5-6 carrots (thinly sliced)
1/2 cup green peas
3 small onion
2 green chilies
2 tomatoes
1 tbsp ginger garlic chopped
1 tsp salt
1 tsp coriander pwd.
1 tsp red chili pwd.
1/2 tsp turmeric pwd
1/2 tsp cumin seeds
crushed coriander

  • I had the frozen carrots and peas
  • Soak them in water
  • In wok pan ad oil, cumin seeds and ginger garlic
  • Now add carrots and peas
  • Fry them for few min.
  • Add the spices and fry for other 3-4 min.
  • Now add green chilies, chopped onion, and tomatoes

  • Cover the pot and cook it for 6-8 min
  • Now add chopped coriander
